Your portrait session is more than the time spent in front of the camera. From our first conversation through your final image selection, every detail is intentionally planned around your vision, style and story.
Rachel Gregory Photography offers fine-art maternity, women’s and senior portrait sessions for clients throughout Phoenixville, Chester County, the Main Line and greater Philadelphia.
The Creative Fee
Each portrait session requires a non-refundable $500 creative fee to reserve your date and begin planning your experience.
Your creative fee includes:
- A pre-session consultation
- Wardrobe and styling guidance
- Personalized session planning
- Your fully guided portrait session
- Professional posing and expression direction
- A private image-selection appointment
Digital images and finished artwork are purchased separately. The creative fee does not include photographs or products. Most clients invest a minimum of approximately $2,000, including the creative fee and their selected portrait collection.

The most complete portrait collection, featuring 25 digital images and 25 coordinating printed, matted portraits. This collection also includes the option to upgrade your printed portraits to a beautifully designed heirloom album.

Connect and meet
Step One
Fill out the contact form to tell me a little about yourself and the session you’re envisioning. We’ll connect to answer your questions, talk through what you’re looking for and make sure we’re a good fit.
Once we book your session we will meet for your in person consultation to review your vision, outfits, expectations and I'll answer and and all questions you have for me.
Enjoy Your Session
Step Two
On the day of your session, you can relax knowing I’ll guide you through every pose and expression. You don’t need any experience in front of the camera—your only job is to enjoy being photographed.
Choose Your Portraits
Step Three
After your session, you’ll view your finished images and select the photographs you love most. From there, you can choose the collection and artwork that best preserve this meaningful season of your life.
